關廣智以護膚品牌 Olay為例,消費者登入內地網站後,可先看到不同性別及年齡層的明星,如周迅及黃曉明,點擊後輕易找到符合自己的產品系列。

他又建議,港商可在公司網站設立不同社交網平台的連結,並成立會員制,提高顧客對品牌的忠誠度。

港企對網絡市場學陌生
反觀香港的e-Marketing,仍處於起步階段。從事網上宣傳業務近10年 (Adams) 的關廣智(Matthew)估計,與外國比較,香港的e-Marketing發展滯後了5年。
Matthew 指出,大部分願意投放資源在互聯網推廣的本港企業,仍停留在關鍵字搜尋(Keyword search)的層面。「在外國做Keyword search已有5至7年歷史,但仍有一半香港的中小企,對Yahoo和Google的Search advertising 感陌生。」

他又指,一般港資企業通常交由熟悉網上保安的IT同事負責,對於如何建立公司形象卻完全忽略,更別說明白此舉帶來更多效益。

追蹤每單生意計算成本
Matthew以本港一家大型的財務公司為例,他們兩年前已率先在不同網上渠道賣廣告,成功吸引網民向有關公司申請借貸,更採用行內俗稱「CPA」(Cost Per Action,按每次消費行動計算收費),即廣告代理商按照網民透過網上廣告而採取消費行動的次數,計算客戶廣告費用的方法。

由於廣告代理商會委託具權威的中介人公司提供追蹤數據,故客人由網上瀏覽,到財務公司的網頁,最後變成一單生意,資料一清二楚,亦有助客戶計算有關成本。據Matthew得知,「經此方法向該財務公司借貸的生意,平均每週4至5單。」而該財務公司亦正考慮籌辦Twitter平台。吸納更多生意。

網上營銷的方法是逆市發展的最佳辦法!

由WOWternet (www.wowternet.com) 主辦之企業網上營銷研討會上, Adams 首席顧問關廣智先生指出,無論大小企業在逆市中取勝就要用網上營銷(e-Marketing)的方法, 據電訊管理局五月份之公佈,全港已有78%家庭已安裝寬頻上網(即有196萬家庭)。而網上營銷已逐漸成為非常重要的廣告媒體, 而企業於網上媒體之消費亦持續有顯著之增長。

關廣智指出, 企業若要成功於網上推廣她們的服務和產品,一定要好好地做好她們的網站,而網站的外表、功能和內容往往都被企業所忽視, 市場推廣部也經常假手於IT部門管理而缺乏策略。

現時網上營銷的渠道已經發展得比以前成熟而有效, 但太多企業仍然對這新興的媒介非常陌生,據關廣智估計, 企業如果現在能開始嘗試應用網上營銷的方法來逆市發展, 應該於9個月至1 年後就能超越其他競爭對手, 否則必然被人淘汰!
