Responsibilities:

  Developing project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.

• 
  Perform Mechanical Product Design for OUTDOOR LED lighting fixtures.

• 
  Prepare part list, mechanical drawing and engineering documents.

• 
  Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs.

• 
  Follow up and support tooling preparation.

• 
  Discussing and solving problems with manufacturing plant, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

• 
  Prepare and execute product development and improvement plan.

• 
  Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.

• 
  Guiding production engineer to solve design-related production issues.

Requirements:

• 
  Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

• 
  Experience with outdoor lighting designs.

• 
  At least 10 years experience in mechanical product design and solving mechanical design issues.

• 
  Profession in Mechanical Design CAD tools, AutoCAD , Pro/E and Solidworks.

• 
  Good knowledge and Experience in outdoor fixture design (including safety concern) is a must.

• 
  Knowledge in lighting effect on outdoor fixture is an advantage.

• 
  Good communication skill and able to communicate with multi-national colleagues.

• 
  Good command of English and Putonghua.

Responsibilities:

  Perform PC board design and testing

• 
  Verification and validation of the design

• 
  Manage circuit implementation

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

• 
  More than 8 years experience in electronic or lighting industry

• 
  At least 5 years experience in electronic power systems and preferably LED lighting systems

• 
  Good Project Management understanding

• 
  Familiar with quality systems such as FMEA analysis and PCB design tools(PADS & ALTIUM)

• 
  Knowledge in cost estimation

• 
  Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

• 
  Willing to travel to China from time to time

Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage project team assigned for his management.

• 
  Prepare project development schedule based on Product Development template and Design Input Requirements; track on-time performance of schedule by liaising/chasing in-house colleagues or external vendors.

• 
  As program leader of the project, ensure the following in managing product development:

• 
  ON-TIME performance – ensure product is developed per schedule,

• 
  Quality – ensure quality produced at different milestones of product development schedule conforms to established requirements (QA to confirmacceptance).

• 
  Cost – Cost of product produced is within (better to lower than) approvedquote from vendor.

• 
  Ensuring quality management delivery of project work products, management ofproject budget and costs, and client negotiation

Requirements:

• 
  Degree preferably in engineering discipline, or equivalent

• 
  At least 10 years in project development, engineering management field

• 
  Project planning tools

• 
  Project management skills with at least 5 years of experience

• 
  Experience in product development and project management at least 5years

• 
  Knowledge and experience in engineering development would be advantageous

• 
  Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

• 
  Good interpersonal skills working with in-house colleagues and independents uppliers

• 
  Good leadership skills to drive vendors/colleagues for results

Responsibilities:

• 
  Work closely with product planning and designers to identify system architectures for lighting systems

• 
  Design, implement, and maintain systems architectures

• 
  Lead system architecture and design, and advise development teams in all related issues

• 
  Work closely with project planning and design team to deploy technical solutions

• 
  Conduct regular review on system performance to identify technical related improvement

Requirements:

• 
  University degree in an electronic discipline or other related disciplines

• 
  7-10 years of relevant experience

• 
  Strong development experience

• 
  Proven experience in system designs for lighting systems

• 
  Good knowledge in technology trend

• 
  Fluent in written and spoken English
